CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Class, bootcamps and workshops are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure you get the instruction and attention you need to progress and improve. All instruction has a structural rebalancing and alignment based focus. You’re not just getting more conditioned but also making your body smarter and improving posture.

We offer Urban Warrior Bootcamp throughout the year and also offer specialy classes such as Stroller Mama, Tabata and Ballet Boot Camp workshops for a minimum of 4 participants.
