Jane Clapp has spent over a decade as a full time fitness professional, refining her knowledge and skills while working with hundreds of clients and class participants. A published author, a fitness expert featured in the media and entrepreneurial mom, Jane walks the talk and inspires positive change in others. Jane’s deeply holistic lifestyle change strategies are 100% effective in helping people lose weight and improve their health and fitness.

A bit of background…
Jane is from the west coast where her personal commitment to work/life balance was deeply ingrained. Shortly after moving to Toronto in 1998, she completed the Ryerson professional personal training program and later earned numerous certifications including CPTN Personal Trainer, ACE Lifestyle Weight Management Coach, Can Fit Pro pre post natal fitness specialist, Fascial Stretch Training Floor System with the Stretch to Win Institute, and attended Charles Poloquin Lower Body Extremity Structural Balance course. Jane now offers a cutting edge fascial stretch training to her clients in conjunction with conditioning work.

Jane has extensive experience working with clients undergoing rehabilitation or recovering from serious illnesses and consults with medical professionals including physiotherapists, functional chiropractors and alternative health practitioners throughout the healing process. Her intuitive methods allow anyone, despite their limitations, to start moving again and feel vital.
