We enjoy working with people dealing physical challenges, going through personal change and people in the middle of or recovering from a serious illness. At Urbanfitt you are treated as an individual. Cookie cutter fitness programs and weight-loss plans don’t work in the long term. We are focused on improving structural balance, body awareness and helping your body become smarter. You will use stability balls, kettlebells, heavy ropes, BOSUs, cables, free weights and your own body weight and elevate your heart rate to help maximize caloric burning. The strength you gain will make the rest of your life easier.
