Urban Warrior is a pre-registered workshop format where you commit to one or two regular days per week or take advantage of our ALL U CAN SWEAT membership option.

No pink dumbbells. Urban Warrior is multi-level so get a proper start and you constantly progress. We pay very close attention to form and technique and ensure you build healthy movement patterns to improve structural balance. We get to know your body and it’s particular challenges and work with limitations or pre-existing injuries or conditions.
Each class has 3 essential components

12 classes = $360
ALL U CAN SWEAT = $249 per month

INTERVAL TRAINING IS LIKE SPOT REDUCTION FOR YOUR BELLY

The Tabata Protocol—named after Izumi Tabata, Ph.D., a former researcher at Japan’s National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya—is an interval routine developed by the head coach of the Japanese speed-skating team.

WHY TABATA WORKS TO BURN FAT:

Tabata offers the stimulus necessary to tell the body it needs muscle. The body maintains protective margins against stress, and Tabata intervals are a stressor. When a muscle is repeatedly taken to exhaustion, an alarm is triggered, telling the body its protective margins are in danger and it must adapt to maintain itself. So muscle will be spared at the expense of fat. This is why Tabata kicks ass compared to steady state cardio.

Cost $149 for 6 sessions. Reserve your space by making full payment. There are no carry forward credits into the next 6 week session but we do have a liberal make up policy and get you in on another Urbanfitt class or session.

DROP-IN CLASS SCHEDULE

These classes are included with are regular monthly memberships. Drop ins are welcome for day time classes but please contact us or phone us to reserve your space.
