Urban Warrior is a pre-registered group training program where you commit to a specific day(s) and purchase sessions in packages of 6. It is multi-level so you get a proper start and you constantly progress. We pay very close attention to form and technique and ensure you build healthy movement patterns to improve structural balance. We get to know your body and its particular challenges and work with limitations or pre-existing injuries or conditions. All Urban Warrior sessions are designed to firm you up, burn fat and create long lean muscles. We always ensure you have 15 minutes of restorative work at the end of each session including myofascial release, joint mobility, Yin yoga inspired stretching to optimize your recover from every workout and help your body release stress.

• Strength and Length involves full body conditioning with a focus on core strength and posture using cutting edge tools of the trade such as gymnastics rings, battle ropes, BOSUs, stability balls and your own body weight. Experience a complete workout while you melt fat off your body and get your heart thumping.

• Metabolic Bodyweight Blast involves full body strength and conditioning exercises using your own bodyweight including MMA drills, kettlebell training and core focused heart thumping exercises that build body awareness, improve functionality and burn the butter off your body.

• Power Circuit involves a combination of resistance training and cardio bursts incorporating a variety of explosive power exercises in a high-intensity circuit-training format to help you build muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness, target fat loss and break through training plateaus.

6 session pack (1 day a week) = $149
12 session pack (2 days a week) = $259
18 session pack (3 days a week) = $369

We do not offer carry forward credits into the next 6 week session unless for medical issues or personal emergencies. This policy ensures you learn how to prioritize your health and fitness.
